We make sustainable mobility truly accessible to all
The democratization of electric cars is hampered by a paradox: on the one hand, electric SUVs with oversized batteries for everyday use, unaffordable for most French people, and on the other, more accessible city cars suitable for everyday use, but with too limited a range and too restrictive recharging times for long journeys.

At FAR-A-DAY, our mission is to reinvent electric mobility by giving EV drivers the freedom to break free from range limitations. Our intelligent network of FAR-A-DAY stations provides lightweight, modular batteries that allow anyone to extend their range in just a few minutes, without even stepping out of their vehicle. We want everyone to drive electric without compromise: more efficient vehicles, using fewer raw materials, powered by clean, locally produced energy. FAR-A-DAY is the promise of a smooth, simple, and effortless way to move.

and electric mobility sectors

Arthur Darde is a deep-tech entrepreneur and nuclear-trained engineer, driven by one mission: decarbonize on a grand scale. A graduate of École Centrale Paris, he began his career at Air Liquide, where he helped develop CO₂ capture and oxycombustion technologies. He then co-founded Otoqi, which he grew as CTO into a European mobility platform, and then Bump, today one of France's leading operators of electric vehicle charging stations.
Alongside his companies, Arthur created a consulting business dedicated to disruptive climate innovation. With over 100 patents filed in the fields of carbon capture and hydrogen, he combines scientific rigor with a builder's spirit.
As CEO of FAR-A-DAY, he is now shaping a new model where climate risk, adaptation and financing become the drivers of the next wave of industrial innovation.
